I hate working under people that don't have a friggin clue. They have no leadership skills and yet will pass judgement on mine come career planning time!?! Yeah right.
I know more about how to grow our business than 95% of the people in this company yet because I haven't worked in THEIR industry my whole life they think they know more.
Business is business you F***heads. I don't give a damn if you're selling pharmaceuticals or cocktail umbrellas.
