Yeppers - Warm with ice cream (vanilla bean)
- on the cheese variation - my mom used to make an apple pie
with cheese (tillamok x-sharp cheddar) and sausage (maple-link-breakfast-type) baked in it - Sounds bizarre, but it was fantastic.
