Basically I think antihero had some good advice--the most important thing is that you evaluate yourself critically and don't lie to yourself. Saying things like "well women just don't seem to like me whatever I do and i've tried everything" is an example of that--you're not really trying if you say that. Basically girls want to have sex too; accept that you're worthy of having sex with and you'll find someone who feels the same way.
