first off, some convienience stores sell blunt wraps. i guess they're just tobacco wrapping with a slit on top to put shit in. and then you can close them up.
otherwise, just buy some cheap cigars, say swisher sweets or something that has a wooden tip. use a razor blade to slice it all the way down lengthwise from tip to tip, empty tobacco from it. insert burnable material of choice. light. enjoy.
