I agree. Although, I don't think he planned it. I also don't think it was coincidence that Cheney and the gang in DC had a big impact on Bush not flying directly back to Washington. I'll let you draw your own conclusions about that. Remember, it was the single greatest intelligence failure this country has seen since Pearl Harbor. Or was it?
