In Section 2.4 (Chapter 2) the chemical shift ranges for Watson-Crick paired resonances were given. An overview including a 1H - NMR 90% H2O, 10% 2H2O spectrum of 35-mer RNA is shown. The resonance types labelled in red in the spectrum are non-exchangeable protons whereas those in blue correspond to exchangeable proton resonances
