1) ok, go back to the restore point closest to the time you installed the webcam..
(win2k makes a restore point automagically)
It sounds like the drivers are loading vice-versa..
2) Remove all those components from the system by uninstalling them in the System profile, reboot and when they get initialized again, it will ask you for their drivers and reinstall the drivers again in the order they're asked.
That should set you straight.
