Cliv, that's how I see it too.
laxative, I have several friends who are handicapped. There are a lot of people who think as you do in regards to handicapped parking spaces. Unfortunately, it's such a widespread thinking pattern that a lot of the time there's no place to park to use the lift in a van. Definitely the suck and upsetting for the person in the wheelchair.
