I do a monday, wednesday, friday routine where I lift about everything that I feel I can do adequately, which is usually everything. Beyond that, I play basketball on many of the local street courts alot, played for three and a half hours today in fact (that's besides lifting) and then I usually play 5 or 6 rounds of disc golf every week (not really a work out, but at least it gets you outside and moving for about two hours).
Hopefully people read this thread and notice how great such activities make you feel, and how good they are for you. It's as addictive as cigarettes with absolutely no downside, unless you don't like the feeling of taxed muscles.
