After seeing this thread, I felt guilty and went over to the gym. I ran for a whopping 12 1/2 minutes at a blistering 8 min/mi pace, and just didn't feel like continuing
. Then I went and rode one of the bikes while I read a book that I was supposed to have finished a week ago. Did that for 20 min, 'till the security guard kicked me out cause he was locking up.
The worst part about about going back to the gym after not going for a while is you want to pick up where you left off, but you just can't do it...
