Nothing wrong with it; of course, if somebody in a wheelchair bangs on the door, it behooves you to hurry up. Also, as somebody said, if there's a line for the toilets and one of them is specially for the handicapped, it's only fair to jump anybody in a wheelchair with other mobility problems to the front for the handicapped stall.
Now parking in a handicapped zone, that's bad news. Because the interloper is likely to hog the space for hours, like any parking place, and because handicapped spaces are usually the only ones wide enough to let wheelchair lifts, etc., operate.
