I'd say it's perfectly fine as long as you don't hog it. Some people sit in there for (what seems like) hours at a time. If you are quick with your business and don't tie it up for some handicapped person who comes in I say go for it.
Personally I don't like to use it. It's just so big, to me it's like using a toilet in the middle of a warehouse. For some reason I like to be a little bit claustrophobic when I do my dudy, I don't know why. Not airliner size, that's way way too small for me!
