Cold Case Files on A&E is cool if you are into detective and police stuff.
Same with Forensic Files on court TV.
If you are into celebrity sightings, Celebrities Uncensored on E! is pretty funny.
I record most of the stuff on my PVR Dish receiver and watch it later.
