The guy sounds like a real weeny.
But I can understand what he's getting at. There's nothing wrong with lactating, but it's a bodily fluid and can transfer disease. Getting sprayed in the eyes/mouth/nose without warning could freak somebody out. Bodily fluids and mucus membranes are a bad combo. Strippers aren't exactly considered the best candidates to exchance fluids with, at least when it comes to STD's.
