I know noone wants to think of it this way, but women and men are NOT equals. We're just not the same. We aren't built the same way physically or mentally. Neither is better. Neither is worse. We should all be treated with respect. Men and women make up for the other's faults. As such is why relationships work so well. Men have their reasons for what they do, and women have their reasons.
