Did you check for a vacuum leak? just one cracked vacuum line will make a 350 "run like crap" Check the vacuum hoses...... if they're ok, Buy a can of carb clean and with the engine running spray around the intake manifold.... and the carb to intake base gasket, if you spray a vacuum leak with carb cleaner the engine will bogg down..... woks great for finding small leaks.
If it is the carb, you can get a Holley rebuild kit for about $20
