Fake or not...still VERY doable...I am just not sure that the implants were really worth it, especially on her. Does any one look at the before and after pictures and think that she is hotter now?? I mean I looked at both of them and thought she looked hot as hell, but the implants didn't really increase the feeling, know what I mean??
