i got a PS2 and i got reasons for it according to my logic here are them.
1. dont have to pay to play online (except for the expantion)
2. HUGE library of good games some bad but there
3. more good games and more releases then Xbox or GC
4. able to mod it
5. excellent controler set up
thats the reason i got mine
