I said "tapped"... similar but not quite a tap...
I know the feeling, and I'm still completely clueless about that one. Next time you'll just have to look at the bat signal. When Z said it was such last time.. it soon went away..
[edit]oh crap... I just re-read your post... you didn't hear it get picked up ON the phone.. you heard the phone get picked up.... as a co-worker getting on the phone to make a call... weird. That I don't know. I never heard the phone getting picked up. Next time just call that cubicle. Sure it'd be kinda freaky, so I suggest playing some music or something thats soothing to you. Then call and see what happens. Just don't feel scared or freaked out, just make a call. If you're freaked out and some entity replies... well.. not a good combo. [edit]
