Try switching the second harddrive to a different position (ie: not Primary Slave). See if it shows up in Windows then.

Also: http://www.suse.com/us/private/downl...nux/index.html

Download the "SuSE Linux for i386 Live-Eval" ISO and boot off it.

From there, you should (hopefully) be able to see both drives.
