I have recently graduated from college and am involved in job searching. And during interviews I have found that I am often asked what my strengths and weaknesses are. I am asking all you gals what you think yours are since it is along the same lines of what you like and disllike about yourself.

strengths
1. I have motivation. When there is something I want done then I do it.
2. Everything I do is going to be done right. There is no point in doing something half-assed if you are just gonna have to do it again.
3. I am able to look at things objectively. I can analyze my feelings and find a logical explanation for why I am feeling them. It's also a good way to get over being mad or upset.

Weaknesses
1. I value honesty very highly. This sometimes causes me to say things in a blunt manner that can be taken offensively.
2. It frustrates me when people don't do their fair share. I hate feeling like I am being used. This causes me to not want to do anything for certain people if I think they aren't going to appreciate it or will take advantage of me.
3. Sometimes I get caught up in thinking in the short run when I should be thinking in long-term and vice versa. I want to enjoy myself now but also plan for the rest of my life.
