Talking can be very stimulating depending on what is being said or done. I mean talking thru a BJ is a bit distracting specially if im the one talking... But depending on situation. anything from a "OH yes!" in a soft play to a "Your my little toy.." while bound helpless and gagged, can be very arrousing.
