Well, the X-box has Spawn and GC has Link. I'll be getting the GC version because of Link, he looks great and his moves are awesome.

Spawn is good too, and usually the X-box version of games released for all three systems are better. I'm guessing the sound is much better and the graphics crisper then the PS2, but about equal to the GC.

It really comes down to which "special" character you want, and which controller you like the best.
