If you were using Linux, I'd recommend <a href="http://galeon.sf.net/">Galeon</a>, which uses the Mozilla rendering engine. Otherwise, take a look at Phoenix (or whatever they're renaming it to) on
http://www.mozilla.org/. It's Mozilla-based, but light-weight and has some cool features that you won't see in IE for some time, like type-ahead search.
