I agree that Eulogy and Judith are about false martyrs, but IMO, not about Christ exactly, but about anyone who puts himself upon a pedestal and preaches to others about what's right for them. Judith is similar, but recognise the emphasis on 'fuck *your* god', which seems to suggest that he's saying don;t put anyone on a pedestal above yourself.
Or it could be about Jesus and Christianity as you guys have mentioned, but the above is my interpretation.
