The decor of his house was an olla podrida of Navajo blankets, Louis XIV chairs, Quaker rocking chairs, Russian Social Realist posters, Art Deco ballerina sculptures, ending in the velour smothered bedroom which contained a tacky heart-shaped bed underneath the vast mirror stuck to the ceilling.
