Bill O'Rights is a decent guy 'cause he lives in Omaha, wears clean underwear everyday, smiles and nods politly to poor old Mrs. Jenkins (Even tho she is a cranky old biddy and everybody else ignores her) and has never once forgotten a friends birthday.
