you may find some neighborhoods in the other boroughs (e.g., Queens) where this may be possible. But, not sure if you just want to leave your car unattended for weeks!
Also, some of the hotels by the airport may allow you to park for free up to 30 days if you stay with them for just one night..something else to consider
