The foreskin actually protects the penis throughout a man's life so uncircumsized men usually don't have the same complaints about desensitivity that circumsized men do later in life. Plus the foreskin will provide better lubrication when having sex. It's actually a functional part of your body, not just a useless piece of skin like once thought.
Another instance where an outdated religious ritual has trumped medical science. (Although there are plenty of Jewish groups who choose not to circumsize their children, but they're still by far the minority.)
