Go to AA/NA!!! They suck... They Suck... They Suck... They Fucking work
It's amazing how well they work when you just go... all the stupid cliches the stupid mantras it frikkin works...
It took me over a year of soberity until I started going to them and my life was still shit even though I had quit using...they really do make the difference
