No problems accepting telekinesis, but you're demanding that omniscience
always leads to telekinesis so your BIAV can always assure itself of a beer supply. Omniscience and omnipotence are two different things. Whilst anything omnipotent could know anything (after all, it can do anything so no problems gaining any old knowledge) I don't see why it would work the other way round. You can know things without being able to do them!
