Tecmo Bowl - I've played a lot of more recent games but no where near as much as that one. Something nice about having very few buttons to learn as well (dammit I'm old and clumsy)

Wizardry 7 - Fabulous character system and world. Very long game with multiple different paths but not as unstructured as Daggerfall.
