You know, this brings up a story from where I work. We have a kid (ok, he's 20, but he's still younger than I, so he is a kid) who fills esentially the same role, though he also does shipping and recieving. He will not take responsibility for any of his mistakes even when we lay it out in black and white for him. He has expressed wishes to advance, but when given the tools to advance he doesn't use them. He has probably cost the company thousands in hours spent fixing his mistakes. Yet, he always washes the bosses caddy, cuts the bosses lawn so he ain't going anywhere.
