When I first saw this I really thought it was satire. I can't believe they actually did something like this. Can you wonder why the rest of the world is convinced our leadership has totally lost control?? What exactly would most Americans say if this same scheme was announced in one of the countries on our "enemy" list??
This, sadly, is an indication of a serious decline in our society and just leaves me shaking my head in disbelief.
