Go to your local pharmacy and get a massager - the old fashioned vibrating kind. They usually have slow, fast and heat massage settings. Not a wand or a percussion massager. The kind that comes with a bunch of small attachments. You want the attachment that looks like a little concave cup. It is made for manjacking and works about a billion times better than any dildo vibrator. Here is a photo of the type. Look at the attachments insert. The one you want is top right.
