If you are using Win 200 or XP you should be able to each have your own login. Then you can make is so that the user permissions don't allow access to certain folders, etc. quite easily. I think it is security properties of the folder, etc. You should be the "administrator" and give any user their own login and permissions, etc. It is sort of like having a network in your own computer. Just the same if your bro is on his own puter on your network. As for erasing files - just use norton speed disk and use "wipe free space". It is govt. rated. Be sure that the unerase wizard or nortonprotect is not on or purged.
