Worst I had ever seen was about 12 years ago at a Vixen/White Lion/Ozzy show at the (then) Brendan Byrne Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Someone threw M-80's AT WHite Lion, almost blew up the singer.
SERIOUSLY not cool.
Although, I DID see Nuno Bettancourt appear to slap Pat Badger in the face at an Extreme show at the Beacon Theater in NYC.
I don't know if he connected, or if it was scripted, or what, but they went NOWHERE near each other the rest of the show.
