I am an admin at a predominantly Unix location. Every server is a variant of Unix, primarily AIX and OS X, with a dusting of Linux.
YOu have NO idea how many times I have had to remind people about caps-lock.
It drives me insane. I have a nice supply of LARTs for that reason alone.
