I understand the hostility here because most gearheads go for speed before looks.
The reason these mods are popular are beacuse marketing engineers dreamed up an idea, that they could sell overpriced hunks of molded plastic to people to modify there car. What would be origonal, building your own fiberglass body kit, not shelling out a few hundred for some cosmetic upgrades that everyone and the 16 year old girl nextdoor installed. Did you even want to upgrade your car before you witnessed the horror that is the "honda nation" commercial?
