This thread is a perfect example of what is wrong with this next generation. The majority of them have fucked up priorities and refuse to take responsibility for their own actions. For something as simple as a failing grade in a class, they blame the teacher, their friends, their dog... everyone else except for themselves. And this child (yes, you are a child) blames his coworkers for wrecking some cars on the job. How did they do it? Were they the ones driving? Did they put obstacles in your way to make you drive around at the last possible minute?
Oh wait...

I was driving a VW Jetta and i floored it driving down a alley and my boss' brother yelled at me. Then I was driving a Ford Tarus and I was backing up and I hit a Cadillacs bumper and I paniced and hit the gas more. ANd the bumber of the caddy wipped out the side of the car I was driving.

You say it over and over again, but still you blame the other people.
If I brought my car to a shop and found out that some kid working there caused extra damage to my car, I wouldn't blame the shop. I would blame the irresponsible jackass who caused the damage, and I would make sure they paid for every ounce of it. No, I would not go through my insurance since it would make my insurance rates go up for something I really didn't do. The damage is your responsibility. So, don't sit there like a spoiled brat and say "I'm not paying for it."
Do my words seem angry? Well, they should. It's an incredibly sad situation we have here... And since he refuses to take responsibility for his actions (that includes the pot smoking and lack of friends), he will never change.
Getting fired is the best thing that could happen to this kid. Maybe the more he gets fired, the more he'll wake up and realize that he's the problem here, not the employer or the customers.
