underground.
you cant change how that industry works, thats just how it is, the only groups that stay underground have strong valuse and dont wanna be corrupted by money

the sad thing is that all "mainstream" bands suck, most every band sucks,their MUSIC is a seperate thing,most music is awsome DESPITE the band.
