okay, HOLD ON, i have a story:

Once a few years I got this phone call from this telemarketer. They wanted to give me a bunch of FREE magazines! I was like WHOA FREE! so I was all excited and the woman on the phone sounded really hot.

So, we get to talkin and she says in order to get all these great free magazines I have to subscribe to newsweekly or something or other, and she says its X amount per issue. So, I'm really stoked about all my free magazines and I give her my credit card number and hang up.

About a week later i get this bill in the mail from the magazine company. I almost shit myself, the ONE weekly news thing i have to PAY for comes to almost 300 dollars for an entire YEAR!

I am looking at the letter and at the bottom in REALLY small print it says, if you decide not to accept this offer please return this leter with cancel on it and we will not bill your card again.

So, i go HELL FUCK NO and write cancel on it.

Two weeks later I get a phone call from some very stern sounding guy, he is from this company and wants to know why i want to cancel my subscriptions, since they are such a great deal. I told him "i dont want to pay a fuckload of money for your lame magazines buddy!" (well, not exactly like that hehe) So, he goes well didnt they tell you the cost?

I go not freaking XXX amount of money, that is a freakin lot! So, he makes me wait while he checks some tape. And he comes back and goes, "well it seems to me that she did a good job explaining the cost" and I go "dude I'm not going to pay that, want me to call my credit card company?"

and he goes "well we already paid all this money to the magazine people (I CALL SHENANIGANS RIGHT HERE) and i think its only fair you pay something, so we are going to keep what we already billed you"

So, I hang up and I think to myself, damnit i hate telemarketsers.
