I like low rise pants as much as the next man, but, as previoulsy mentioned and like spandex, there should be rules on who can wear them.
Men, should not be considering low rise pants. I don't care what the ads say.
Women who will have flaps of fat pushed up by the low-rises, also should not be considering them.
