If they exist, then we can obviously exist with them existing, and may even require their existence for our existence (that would be a tautological argument if I have ever heard one, and a confusing one at that). If they do exist we might be able to find ways to exploit the nature of multi-dimensions like we have exploited the consequences of quantum mechanics, relativity, Newtonian physics, and every other advancement in our theories.
