I'm pretty open to dubs, but sometimes the voices are just horrible and don't even fit the character. I also hate how CN edits how Anime to the point that sometimes it is almost entirely different.
Cowboy Bebop had a really good English cast. Rurouni Kenshin voices were craptastic. Trigun voices were ok. Gundam 08th english dub wasn't bad either.
Generaly I prefer the Japanese voices, since the directors take a lot of time to selectively pick out which voice best suits the character. You just don't see that with most of the English dubs unfortunately....
