Take one thing at a time. Pick one area you want to focus on and just work at that. The rest will come.
The nice thing about programming is that the main differences in languages are just the syntax and some of the built-in classes and functions. Once you learn two or three languages, the rest are very easy to pick up, because the concepts pretty much carry on from language to language. There are exceptions, but it gets easier with time.
Don't think of it as, "There's too much to learn. I can't learn it all!" Think, "I want to learn this one thing and see where things go from there."
