Hey... You're pretty hot... Do you work out?
I'm at the gym every weekday at 6:00 am. I do half an hour of hard cardio on the elliptical trainer. I lift weights every time I feel like I've recovered from the LAST time I lifted weights, which works out to once every three days or so. I mostly lift chest, arms, back, and abs.
This every-morning-exercise is a new practice for me, I've been doing it for about a month. I've lost about five pounds so far, even with Easter candy thrown in there.
What do you do?
