				crawfish/crawdads in lawn

I read the lawn and bug threads, but this is sort of a diferent problem. There's a part of our back yard that drains poorly, and is infested with these critters. I originally wanted to do the right thing, spreading cedar chips and sand, but that did not work. I even sat out there with bacon on a string one night. I resorted to trying mothballs in the holes, but they were pushed out. Someone from A&M (an entemology prof.) said there is nothing on the market approved for crawfish, but off the record I could try Sevin, an insecticide. It worked for a while, but they are back. They burrow under the grass, and make the ground lumpy, almost hilly, and the little chimneys pop up after every rain.

I know it sounds like a bad comedy movie, and that there's little hope of someone having dealt with this before, but I thought I'd give it a shot. Any advice would be deeply appreciated.
