actually, for anyone who legitimatly owns tool's album aenema (which should be by default anyway), on the cd itself is a guy sucking his own dick (or it could be a chick, but i don't it)
Theres also that animation thingy using the cover, for one of the pages in the booklet, and you can see it in motion
