Better a week early than six weeks or nine months late. My g/f is off the pill now, but even when she was on, if we had sex (let me rephrase - vigorous sex) anytime during the week before her period, she'd start the next morning. Like clockwork. Cycles be damned. There's nothing like coming home and hearing "Do me a favor and fuck the hell out of me, i don't want to be on my period during our vacation" or something similar.
